Cholesterol is one of the most amazing things out there.

A man that watches his cholesterol is no man.


He is not a man.

Everything that makes a man “manly” comes from cholesterol.

I am not kidding.

This is a serious note.

It might sound strange to you but that is because you’re hypnotized.

You watch too much damn TV and believe in all the lies you’ve been fed.

People that belief cholesterol is bad for them don’t know what they’re talking about.

They’re enslaved to their doctors.

These lying snake doctors actually want you to become sick, weak and low on energy.

So they’ll tell you to eat a diet low on cholesterol and they put you on cholesterol lowering medicine.

Do you even realize how insane that is?

The building block of manliness

If you are low on cholesterol, then you’re probably low on manliness as well.

Cholesterol is an animal sterol.

Sterols or steroid alcohols, are a subgroup of steroids and an important class of organic molecules.

CholeSTEROL is the most famous animal sterol, and it is vital to health and overall well-being.

Cholesterol serves as a precursor to fat-soluble vitamins (Vitamin D) and steroid hormones like testosterone.

Almost all testosterone is made from cholesterol and almost all things that make men manly is due to high testosterone levels in the body.

Your capacity for building muscle, hair growth, skin health, brain development, bone strength, sexual drive, motivation, energy levels, fertility, overall well-being and confidence all result from having sufficient testosterone levels.

However your testosterone will seriously plummet when it can’t be produced by the body.

And the only way it can be produced is from cholesterol.

So where is the logic in lowering your cholesterol levels?

Do the math….

They’re telling blatant lies to your face and you can’t even see it.

The reason you probably can’t see it is because your cholesterol is too low, only a man with sufficient cholesterol levels can think clearly.

If your cholesterol is too low you’ll become a weak mental slave instead of a free and manly man.

Are you always anxious and depressed?

Your cholesterol levels are too low.

Are you always feeling low on energy and motivation?

Your cholesterol levels are too low.

Can’t build any significant amount of muscle or burn any amount of fat?

Your cholesterol levels are too low.

Got no sex drive?

Your cholesterol is too low.

Everything that makes a man manly is gained from sufficient cholesterol in the body.

Cholesterol can never be too high

The doctors will always tell you to change your diet in order to ensure that your cholesterol levels don’t rise too high.

This is bullshit and this is crap.

No diet can cause cholesterol levels to become “too high”.

The doctor probably hasn’t told you this but 80% of all cholesterol in your body doesn’t even come from dietary sources.

All animal cells manufacture cholesterol.

About 80% of daily cholesterol production occurs in the liver and the intestines; the adrenal glands and the reproductive organs.

This is a process called Biosynthesis.

The body makes cholesterol all by itself.

But its bad for you right…

Our body has its own entire regulation system.

We don’t need medical poison to regulate our cholesterol levels.

The body is made with a perfect natural design for everything.

Biosynthesis of cholesterol is directly regulated based on the amount of cholesterol present in the body.

Therefore a higher intake from food leads to a net decrease in overall production within the cells.

Lower intake from food has the exact opposite effect.

This is called Homeostasis. 

The body has an intelligent computer which regulates all hormones and balances itself out each and every single day.

But this will not happen if you destroy your own system with unnatural medicine.

Eventually you’ll become chronically sick.

Sick from medicine…

Dietary sources of healthy Cholesterol

Cholesterol can be absorbed directly from animal-based foods like meat, eggs, fish, butter, cheese and milk.

When you eat a lot of these foods then the body will compensate for any absorption of additional cholesterol by reducing cholesterol synthesis.

In addition to that the body has its own system of recycling cholesterol.

The liver excretes cholesterol into the digestive tract and typically 50% of this excretion is reabsorbed daily by the small intestines into the bloodstream.

For these reasons, cholesterol in food, has little if any effect on concentrations of cholesterol in the blood.

So if anyone ever tells you that you shouldn’t eat too much meat because of cholesterol then just smile and keep on eating.

Such a person is a fucking retard.

They’re probably on all sorts of unnatural lab-produced synthetic medicine but they’ll you that eating natural food will make you sick…

It doesn’t matter.

They won’t last long.

Having low cholesterol means being in a perpetual state of suffering and then sudden death.

So how do you prevent dying a horrible and untimely death?

Eat more animals and remain well fed.
